Main features of the log heating oven:
1. Characteristics & Features: Giansun log heater is featured for its good heat preservation, temperature uniformity, high thermal efficiency and low energy consumptionAluminum billets can be sheared according to the specified length so as to reduce scrap and production cost; Besides, it only takes 2.5 to 4 hours for the billet to reach its extrusion temperature initially.
2. Specification of Billet: DiameterΦ70mm--Φ320mm; Length 6--8m
3. Heating Mode: We have chosen the style of hot wind circulation so that it takes less time for the aluminum billet to be heated in the furnace. And the temperature is uniform, which has certain homogeneous effects. Fuel type: electricity; LPG; natural gas; water gas; coal; diesel.
4.Control Mode: PLC + Touch Screen; There are three modes: full automatic control, semi- automatic control and manual control; Besides, the machine is equipped with over-temperature alarming system.
